When I arrived at the hospital to bring home my wife, Suzie, and our newborn twins, I was filled with excitement. But the moment I stepped into the room, that joy turned to confusion. The babies were sleeping peacefully, but Suzie was gone. In her place was a note that read:
“Goodbye. Take care of them. Ask your mother WHY she did this to me.”
Stunned and desperate for answers, I went straight to my mother, Mandy. She denied everything, brushing it off and acting as if nothing had happened. But later that evening, I stumbled upon a letter she had written to Suzie—cruel, judgmental, and cold. She had accused Suzie of not being good enough, pressuring her to leave us behind.
